Make a complaint

If you are dissatisfied and would like to make a formal complaint, send us an email to maarten.mommaerts@huisnederlandsbrussel.be with your name, contact details and a clear description of your complaint.

File an appeal

If you are dissatisfied with the procedure or the result of a test with ‘civil effect’, you can file an appeal free of charge. All necessary information can be found on the Agentschap Integratie en Inburgering’s website (website only in Dutch).

Send your questions about the appeal procedure to tevredenheid@integratie-inburgering.be.

The following tests are covered:

  • Proof of knowledge of Dutch for childcarers and crèche managers
  • Proof of knowledge of Dutch for a Belgian nationality application
  • Dutch language test exemption for an integration programme
  • Proof of knowledge of Dutch for public administration staff
  • Proof of knowledge of Dutch for education staff
