Rental rules

Who can rent meeting rooms? 

• Yes: organisations, services or companies 
• No: private individuals 

For which activities? 

• Yes: for meetings, lectures, workshops, seminars, etc. 
• No: for commercial, political or private activities  

Can I cancel?  

• Free cancellation: 7 days or more in advance
• 50% payable on cancellations received more than 48h before start date of the rental 
• Rent fully payable on any cancellation not received at least 48h in advance 

Can I hang material on walls or signs? 

You may only attach material with magnets or magnetic strips.
